Welcome to the site of the historic Shreve Building. Named after its former principal tenant, Shreve & Co jewelers. The building has been in existence since 1905 and survived the 1906 earthquake because of it’s use of state-of-the-art engineering technology of the time. Located at Post and Grant, the neighborhood boasts such luxury tenants as Cartier, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Coach, Salvatore Ferragamo, Hermes, Tumi, Kiton, Oliver Peoples, Brooks Brothers, Burbury, The North Face, and Banana Republic. Following Shreve and Company’s relocation to the 100 block of Post Street, Harry Winston jewelers now anchors the ground floor– a home block away from the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square, one of the world’s premier shopping districts.
